Some celebration
A dance display at Rourkela on Mahashivratri, Near Laxmi Narayan Temple (Rourkela). I tried to get some info, however, what I got is not enough and reliable. Will update in future. After visiting Laxmi Narayan temple, I was on the way to Vedvyaas, I saw this procession. An unplanned photoshoot, thanks to these unknown participants.
